I agree with you 1000000%! NO MERCY for anyone who would harm an innocent, HELPLESS child. The laws are no where close to as strict as they should be. These abusive, awful people who don't deserve the title "Mother" and "Father" are let out of jail after such a short period of time. It makes my skin crawl!
What else REALLY pisses me off is when you hear of a mother or father who lost custody of 1 or 2 of their children, then got custody back only to hurt their children again even worse then the first time! What is WRONG with the legal system? It simply baffles me.
