The father weighed 10-11 lbs and the mother weighed 9-10 lbs. I saw both the mother and father before I bought Romeo and I absolutely am in love with my new puppy although I can't help but wonder if he is a purebred being that he has such a long body, and long nose just like his mother, which led me to believe he was a silky yorkie mix. I was also asked if he was a mix between a yorkie and maltese, which makes sense because of his droopy ears and wavey hair. Here are some pictures of Romeo and his mother, let me know what you think?

Welcome to YT

Your baby is adorable!!! Congratz!
Your pups Mom is a Silky Terrier...a good friend of mine has a Silky and looks just like the pic of your pups Mom
Silky Terriers and Yorkies can have droopy ears if the breeder didn't Tape them up when they were pups...some pups ear will stand on there own but sometimes they need help by shaving the hair off the ear...the hair weighs them down and than taping them up.
And some silky's and Yorkies have wavey hair, just depends on what type of hair they have.
And even purebred Yorkies can weigh up to 15 lbs, So my guess is from looking at your Pic's of Mom and pup...your baby is Silky/Yorkie mix.
