He is adorable, I dont think it matters if he is a mix or not. as long as you love him.
All that should matter is that he is happy & healthy, as long as youguys have a happy life together thats all that matters. My opinion tho is that Yes, he is a mix I think, I think this so much because his mom looks so much like one. I dont know.
