I was going to adopt a female adult Silky and she looked just like your pups mom. No matter if he's purebred or not, he's adorable and you love him, that's what counts. I hope you are going to have him neutered though as there are enough breeders out there and not enough people to love all those babies.
I just bought a purebred male Maltese 12 weeks old and super cute but the first thing is neutering. I don't believe in adding to the puppy population. Just loving and spoiling the ones we have. Enjoy your baby
