Wow. I would be upset, too. And I definitely wouldn't let them have any more of my pups.
I had a horrid thought. Was the pup sold on a spay/neuter contract? Did they "rehome" the pup before the spay/neuter was done to get around that? I hate being so suspicious of people the "can't feed it, but want to buy another dog" story doesn't ad up.
