Pennie, my toy Yorkie has 2 what look like ingrown hairs on her back. I was feeling one of them to see exactly what it was (I think cancer at first). And I looked a bit closer and some seepage was kind of coming out. I put a little bit of pressure on it and a bit of white stuff came out. Pennie squirmed a bit and I didn't want to hurt her so I am leaving it alone. What is the best thing to do? Leave it, I am worried about infections. Put pressure on it, to get the gook out, I am worried about infection. Take her to the vet? I don't know. She is 4.2 pounds, I worry with anything.
