I'm sure there are a lot of people that apprectiate you sharing your story Yorkieville. Although I dont use CC products, I never shake my shampoo, I've never even considered the fact that I might have to, so if I did use their products your story migh save my pups coat/skin. I'm sure it has made some people aware that you have to shake it, that didn't think about it before.
As for the customer service part, I appreciate you informing us of your experience as well. I appreciate hearing about any companys customer service good or bad. I do tend to use comany's that have gotten good reviews with not only thier product but also with their customer service. I have heard several good things about this comany and I hope this is an isolated incident(it doesn't really help you if it is though).
I also have to say I think that if they should've given you a new bottle you shouldn't have had to ask. You contacted them with your problem and good customer service would've been to try and solve it, but this is just my opinion hope you find a solution or another product that you like. I feel sorry for your pups, I'm sure they aren't feeling so hot right now.
