Years ago when I worked in a Surgery Center they had Vasectomy Friday (that's what
we called it).
The urologist would come in and spend the day doing vasectomies usually between 10 and 20 procedures. It would allow the men to recover over the weekend and be able to return to work on Monday. They would be sent home after an hour or so with an athletic supporter and ice pack.......just have a visual going on here
