I hear ya. My family is the same. But I guess I'm guilty of it too. I tend to give him a little bite of alot of what I eat (but not the crappy stuff anyways, but he won't touch cracker-type things, and chips, etc, anyways). Anything meat though... he's THERE. Hot dogs, steak, chicken, he will do anything for, lol. He's a very happy doggy when we bring home leftover steak from a restaurant. I just wash off the spices and mix it with his dog food. Chicken, too. Sometimes I boil a chicken breast just for him to have during the week, lol.
