I agree with you, she should have known better and yes twice is a pretty big mistake
but the focus now is on the little one and making her better not throwing out unkind words, although I know you apologized and I really do understand your frustration
for me once was enough but sometimes we make the mistake twice and we need forgiveness and some solid advice and I think you can definitely offer that
