Not to pass judgement on your breeder but... Since the Parti is out of the "Norm" did you ask for DNA proof of parentage?
I for one do NOT hold a pedigree as a conclusive document. I purchased a female for my breeding program. I was given the registration documents and pedigree for
"her" by her seller. As it turned out the documents she gave me matched a totally different dog. Had
I not caught this, I would have registered the dog and been breeding her under a false pretenses.
