I have two different routines. I make a bubble bath and put all three in the tub at once and deal with them one by one. Then once the first is completely rinsed and done, I take him/her out and dry them off and then they can stay in the bathroom to air dry a bit. Then I do #2 and #3. By that time, #1 is ready for blow drying, ears and teeth. Then #1 goes into bed to relax while I do yorkie #2. And then finally #3.

The other routine is to do one in the kitchen sink. Same routine. They are allowed to air dry a bit then blow dry, ears, and teeth.

I go with option #1 when its winter since it is colder down in my kitchen and drafty and hot upstairs.
