Yes, I agree those are all wonderful signs! I know you've read all about hypoglycemia, but since you've been through so much, just a reminder, infections can also cause low blood sugar, I guess the body uses so much "energy" to fight off the infection. Again, you must be super diligent to look for the signs. I hope someone can answer your decongestant question; I wouldn't even want to take a dog out in weather like that.
