I bought my first pup from an individual who home-raised & socialized the puppies. She only had the dam & sire, both indoor pets.

I bought my second pup, three months later, from a breeder who had an outdoor kennel set-up. Full heat/air facility, with about 10 females & 3 males. She never brought her pups in her home, so Angel was not "socialized & home-raised", as Gracie was, but I have to say that now, at 10/11 months old, my girls are equally healthy, equally sweet, equally mannered. I see no difference in MY two.

Now, I'm sure there are horror stories out there, and mine may be the exception to the rule, but if I were to purchase another pup, I would go to either one of these breeders again.

Just my experience. One of many, I know.
