For an occasional dribble, I wouldn't give medication. But, if like my Peach girl, it was a lifestyle issue (constantly wet), definitely the way to go. Like, I said, she took it for years (probably 8) with no problems. When we tried to go off, she began dribbling again. I wonder if females are worse?
