I see no reason why you couldn't post her website. She obviously has a website so people can find her on the net. I can understand not wanting to post the personal info - e-mail address and phone number, but there should be no problem in providing the website.
It really is hard to form an opinion without knowing more about the breeder. And what kind of a health guarantee is she giving? If you see some of the health guarantees that are out there, they are not really any guarantee at all.
