I've tried the Trazadone...and I have a paradoxical reaction...it makes me more alert! I have to take Ambien for sleep...which works fairly good...but not always. If you have tried Ambien in the past, do you like Lunesta better? I've heard really good things about Lunesta. Gosh, you must have the same kind of chronic insomnia that I do
