I know, I know...letting the apnea happen now is not good. I really don't want a cpap machine, and my sleep doc always thought it wouldn't be that great for me anyway, bc my insomnia is so bad (outside of the apnea events). Ugh. |
Have you tried Lunesta with Trazadone, I had insomia for years. Went thru the whole cpap thing, nothing helped until the doctor prescribed Lunesta and Trazadone 30 minutes before bedtime. Now i go to bed and within 15 mins i'm asleep.
