I kind of think the television show "Sex and the City", helped to get designer names out to average consumers. Never could figure out how Carrie could afford those shoes, bags, and wardrobe with a job as a weekly newspaper column writer and the author of one book. |
Wasn't that supposed to be part of the comedy of the show? The ridiculousness of her spending every dime she had on Manolos and cosmos. Apparently a lot of women didn't get the joke. Or maybe I don't get the show. I only watched a few episodes. I've never been a SJP fan, can't get past that face.
