I was also a dummy and got a random tattoo at the only place that would do tattoos on minors. My BFF had always wanted on, so we decided to get matching ones on our feet. She didn't have enough money the first time we went in, so I got mine first, and the second time we went in, they'd been busted for giving tattos to minors.
So I have one and she doesn't.
I would like to have it re-done. It's an oriental dragon, and faded as heck. I went to a tattoo expo a few months ago, and got a couple recommendations on how to proceed. I'm hoping to turn the dragon into the ocean (it's blue), and then have a dolphin leaping out.
