Have you tried the pill pockets? They're made by Greenie. I've had the most luck with them. Mine could get the pill out of chicken or cheese but these wrap around them and they can't. My vet suggested the feline ones for mine because they are smaller. He said that it is the same formula - not like feeding your dog cat food.
