Thanks for the offers everyone. I called my cousin and she is loaning me a baby play pen with plastic sides so he cant climb out its only temporary(she needs it back during the weekend) but will work for now.
the bathroom was my first thought as well but my 11 year old brother has a bad ankle (he had a cleft foot when he was born and needed surgery) so i don't think he could climb over it to go potty and i know he cant keep Gatsby in if he wear to move the gate
At least i have a few days to figure something out
