I think one up and one down can look adorable please show us a picture. I like terriers ears tipped, and it doesn't matter if the ear is up or down, but I just think they look cute that way. Tipping might help the droopy ear go up, if that's what you want. I think if you don't tip, it does give the illusion of a much bigger ear. Not that that's a bad thing for a pet, it's all a matter of personal preference for we pet owners.
