The father's pedigree includes several from the Durrer line, which has an excellent reputation!
Adding my welcome! Will be very anxious to see pictures when you do make this yorkie your own. Sounds like you are getting a quality Yorkie. Maybe some of the exhibitor/breeders will know your breeder.
