I used to have a female Yorkie and she seemed to be more calm than the male I have now. A year ago I got the female, the whole time we've also had a Pittbull, the female would play with the pitt bull but calmly and not constantly. Sadly she passed away due to being hit by a car, she was about 10 months old. Soon after I got my male (Bentley) and he is a great dog, but he is non stop messing with the pitt bull-wanting to play. After a while its annoying! He's almost 6 months old, do you think MALES ARE MORE HYPER THAN FEMALES???
