The biggest thing to keep in mind with a smaller dog is that they still have a high nutrient need, but smaller stomachs. Feed the best quality food your guy will eat. These guys are highly energetic.
They are also more prone to certain things such as dental problems. Spend some time around here and you will learn a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures. |
Yep, Jackson ranges between 15-16lbs. I never know if the scale is off or what at the vets, but that's general weight. I honestly do not think he is mixed with anything else (except maybe Silky Terrier, which is pretty much genetically the same as a Yorkie with a bit different shaped body and personality) but I do not have papers on him.
