See I've spoken with my aunt and she was jsut as confused as I. Being as hers isn't even three pounds and yet my Harley is close to 17 pounds its a bit confusing to say the least. I have no doubt at all that he is at least part yorkie. And I could care less if he is purebred or not. I was raised with mutts and rescue dogs so pedigree is not a neccessity to me. Whomever owned him last took good care of him. Other than having a bit of dry skin and a little on the hypoglycemic side, Harley is in perfect health. But the vet has assured me that with the correct feeding, exercise and bathing he'll be just fine. (keep in mind I've never had a dog that weighed less than 75 pounds do this is all very new to me) any advice on a new yorkie(ish) parent is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone |
