Do not add honey to his diet at all! Nutrical will take care of any hypoglycemia issues at this his little age. Honey has certain bacterias in it that a pup cannot handle and could put you right back where you were if not worse with the diarrhea. Hang in there with administering fluids, Nutrical and dry kibble with water to soften it. If the vet gave a specific canned food, feed that but I have always had better luck with water softened dry kibble. Good luck Dear! Keep posting.
