My sister used to get really bad migraines all the time. She went to numerous doctors and specialists but couldn't get any relief. Eventually she cut aspartame out of her diet and the migraines almost went away completely.
I also get migraines, but never as bad as my sister did. She recommended Aleve for migraines, I have yet to pick some up. I generally just take some Tylenol and try to sleep as much as possible.
