I'm in! I need to lose 20-30lbs really for my frame. I am first setting my goal at 10lbs. I've been really motivated by Wii Fit these past few days and I hope I can keep it up. My main thing is eating healthy. I eat out alot and I need to learn how to eat healthy at restaurants and resist ordering all the fried fattyfoods and drinking two-three sodas at a dinner. I'd love to join the YT group!
