My cousin and I get very bad headaches, not as often as we've gotten older. The best thing for me is Bayer Back and Body Pain Aspirin, or regular aspirin taken with coffee. Then I make a hot pack, lie down, blinds closed because the light hurts and try to sleep. Hope you find relief. |
