The point value on some foods has changed. I used to get 18 points and now I get 29. Fruits and most vegetables are 0 points. Peas, corn and my favorite avocado still have points. I had to buy new books and a new calculator (the little slide doesn't work now). It is a much more nutritious program with the change in the fruits and vegetables and seems to allow more protein. Before I would pass on fruits and vegetables in favor of a carb. Good luck, it is actually an easier program once you get used to the new changes.
