In most cases, lepto isn't recommended unless endemic to your geography. Hopefully, if you told them you didn't want it, they respected your choice.

I hope those lumps go down. The way you're describing them does sound like they could be from the shots. You could try putting some topical benadryl on the area, or cortisone cream .
To the OP:
My two had their first yearly shots in Nov. The next day Muffin's arm was sore to the touch. I took her into the emergency vet since it was Sunday. They said it was normal and that it would subside. They gave her pain meds and that helped.

As for the Lepto:
My breeder said not to give it either. I told my vet and they said that they didn't use it and not many other vets used it either.
