Hi and welcome to YT.
I am not a breeder but I did bring my Poppy home at 6 weeks old (was told she was older) and because I didnt trust the breeder to look after her properly, and the fact she was crawling with ear mites, I didnt give her back.
So here is my experience...

The pup will cry in the night for a good few weeks. They will do this because they are lonley and missing their mum and litter mates. Many people told me not to comfort her in the night but I couldnt help it, I did cuddle her until she fell back asleep. She did this for about a month before she slept through the night, I dont know if she took that long because I was comforting her maybe.. maybe not...

Because she is so young she will need to go potty in the night. I recommend you buy her a pen and put her bed, water, food and toys at one end and a potty pad at the other end.
You need to keep an eye on her weight and make sure she is gaining and you need to think about booking her in for her first shot in a couple of weeks time. Do not take her outside until she has had all of her shots.

Her baby teeth will be coming through so make sure you keep a lot of chew toys out for her, you can get ones from the pet shop which you soak in water then freeze to help soothe her sore gums. Because she was taken from the litter too soon she will not have learned bite inhibition, this is something you will have to teach her. Do not think you are being kind by letting her gum at your finger, because once those sharp puppy teeth come through you will regret it and biting will be harder to stop.

In regards to training I recommend you train her on pee pads straight away, you cannot expect her to remember much until she is around 4-5 months old but you still need to teach her now. Watch for the potty signs (sniffing/circling) and put her straight on the pad. When she potties on the pad PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE. If you catch her in the act going potty elsewhere just say NO and move her straight to the pad. If you find a mess but dont catch her in the act dont make a fuss just clean it up.

You will need to buy her a harness because yorkies are prone to a collapsed trachea which can be brought on my walking her on a leash and collar. A leash and harness is best, but you can still have her wear a collar for ID tags.

Remember she needs to sleep just as much as she needs to play, puppies sleep a lot.
You should take her for a vet check up straight away, and ask the breeder if she has been wormed. You will need to carry on the worming process.
Good luck!

EDIT: You can give her a goats milk but I would water it down and gradually put in less and less goats milk and more water. If you keep giving her just pure goats milk it may give her loose stool. (This is what my vet told me anyway)
And for the crying in the night, I found Poppy slept better when I put a hot water bottle under her blankets and a ticking clock near her bed. (heartbeat)
