Well, has she had a vet check yet? Be careful about taking her outside, most good breeders do not want the puppy to touch the ground until they have had all their shots, and this would mean 16 weeks. You aren't even allowed to touch a puppy that young without washing you hands. I would be worried about food right now, is she eating okay? Call your vet and set up a shot schedule, take her in a carrier and don't let her walk on the floor of the vet office. I wouldn't start crate training until she's 12 weeks, I'd keep her in an x-pen with a pee pad because that's how she'd be kept if she was with her mother. You will most likely have more training, socialization and biting issues, but these can be taken care of closer to 12 and 16 weeks. Right now, your dog's physical safety should be your number one concern. Don't change foods too frequently as this can cause upsets, and you may have to add water to kibble, if she doesn't have her teeth.
