 Calling out to all Bakers
Does anyone remember a dessert called pineapple delight? It has a vanilla wafer crust, with a filling of brown sugar, eggs, cream, pecans, topped with crushed pineapple and whipping cream.
Well dang it all I've somehow lost my Mom's recipe, and I would love to make this for New Year's Day dessert. Mom is gone now,as well as Dad and over the holidays I try to bake her and Dad's favourite desserts.
Would by any rare chance anyone have a recipe for this?
