Do you mean he jumped off the couch? and from where on the couch, was it the seat, the back or the arm?
If he is not limping I dont think there is anything seriously wrong with the leg so I don't think he needs to go to the emergency vets. If you have an appointment for him tomorrow to get the leg checked out that should be fine.
If you notice him limping or you think he may be in pain when walking then call your vet and ask for advice.
