So, she isn't trying to hold her eye shut or anything? It doesn't sound like it. If she is trying to hold her eye shut, then it's good to get to the vet asap - as that can mean a corneal scratch, etcetera.
The pus worries me...bc if it was really pus, that likely means some kind of infection. If it was the usual/normal eye goo, then it's usually not as concerning.
