The weather outside being cold does NOT cause a cold. VIRUSES cause colds! Definitely bring this little guy to the vet immediately. I'm sorry you received a sick puppy. This is one of the reasons I try to discourage people from not meeting a dog before you buy it. This dog will probably need antibiotics and who knows what else might be wrong with it.
