Seems a little heavy on the fat, to me. These would probably be a better occasional treat than the mainstay of the diet.
To the OP: Nothing that isn't labeled a "complete and balanced" diet is intended as a diet staple. I'm surprised the roll didn't make your boy sick. My boys have diarrhea if I give them too much Natural Balance roll, and they have only had very small amounts, not even a teaspoon a day.
