If I felt uneasy about his behavior I would take him to an ER clinic just to make sure. If this option is not available to you, then I would keep a close eye on him tonight, and if his behavior is still differnt in the morning, I would take him to his reg vet. Since he vomited some of it up and the foil, hopefully, he will be okay.
