Remove the meat roll from your dog's diet completely and you will probably solve all of your problems. I couldn't find an analysis of Pet Botanics' ingredients, but I'm guessing it is similar to the Natural Balance meat rolls. These are not things that should be a major part of your pup's diet.
I don't think it is a matter of your dog hating high quality food. He is hooked on the fatty rolls.
