Funny. My son and I had a similar conversation but not quite as serious. I told him that these children never talk back, I can put all the bows in their hair I want to, dress them as whatever I want for Halloween and if I want to go to dinner I just put them in a playpen and go. All that and they love me unconditionally! Of course they are the love of my life. How could they not be?!?
