Here is the thread that I found the original post. I can tell by her profile page that there are a lot of really good detectives that took my clues in my original post.
It also looks like there have been others since that have been banned. I did report it and there are posts that were removed but I accidently deleted our PMs that linked her email when I was clearing out my folder so the proof went *poof*. No matter I don't think she will ever be back anyway and I have been watching her activity.
