What do these people expect to hear when we as yorkie lovers cannot believe what we are reading in the first place? She has lost 3 lbs and they haven't taken her to a vet. I find this hard to believe. If a yorkie were to lose 3 lbs it would be like losing an entire yorkie; and would be immediate cause for concern to any toy breed owner after the first pound and a half.

Excuse me, but i was highly offended with the "Any one with a stem " part of your post. This is my first yorkie, There are NO BREEDERS or no other yorkie owners within 7 hours (possibly more) from here, I did my research, I read books and plenty of online reading, I asked the owner at the petshop (not in town) about them, and the vet (and she do get all her shots) before we got her, NO ONE told us anything about any of this. The last shot she had she was down to two lbs and they didnt say anything about weight issues. I posted a simple question on what i should give her so she could maintain a healthy weight and this is what I get. Not from everyone though, thanks to everyone that posted good helpful posts, its appriciated.

She does like Cesars so we will be buying it for her ASAP, shes going to the vet in January (earliest we can get her in) and I'm pretty sure she likes boiled carrots so would that be good for her if she had some every now and then?
