Really? You feel too one sided in creating a typical spay neuter contract, thus letting just anyone whom adopts a pup from you breed them? This is a good example of how good a contract is...is it read? What I said was: the contracts I have seen were too one sided. There's no point in having a contract that won't hold up in court, and one side contracts simply do not hold up, and nothing ticks a judge off more than having to basically "rewrite" the contract in verbiage. Judges aren't please with any appearance of a seller taking advantage of a buyer. All contracts must be fair and equitable to both sides (a moralist POV to be sure, but legal all the same), but that's better reserved for 1L's in Contract law.

If I was a breeder I'd be so paranoid I'd have em all fixed before adoption, or they'd be going to breeders specifically. to avoid BYBredding, bad breeding, one of mine becoming a random cages pinning in circles matted mess creating pup mill sales...just sayin' that would be my concern-one sided for the care of the life I chose to create...a I believe I did express my worries and concerns.

A potential breeding pup is just that a potential whom should be placed in a kennel that has experience or like one of my dog heavily contracted by the kennel to the adopted protecting all breedign rights and only placed with someone who is trusted not to breed and to adhere to the contract...I believe I expressed my due diligence in interviewing potential buyers. I also believe I expressed that's why I'm holding on to the one pup for a while longer. Nothing would please me more than to find a YT member or some person with the same passion and love for animals to buy one of my pups, but alas I don't believe there aren't a lot of YT members living in my area that are currently looking for a male Yorkie puppy nor do I support air cargo shipping, thus I don't have that option.

I don't wan to sound rude but I think it is this I don't wan to be rude situation that opens the door for animal abuse in breeding practices all too much. I don't think you're being rude, rather you don't fully understand the situation and didn't read carefully what I said.
Ye, the trucker, two pups at once from the same litter-hmmm that's a horrid idea-tons of threads on the topic here about that...did you refer him to here?I probably would have but he initially took me by surprise. Recovering from that surprise I (as expressed) regained control of the situation and responded in kind.
Thanks.
