OK, one more time, I'll try to explain, then, I'm moving on to preparing for Christmas. I've got 3 rescues to groom in the a.m.

I didn't feel it was necessary for me to offer to return the bottle, I really felt that they should have offered to send me a replacement. It was very clear in our correspondence that I had used the oatmeal portion. I would gladly have exchanged the bottle with the UPS delivery man. It is very costly to ship shampoo. I didn't feel it should be at my expense. Bad enough I've got two girls with dry skin. And several of my Foster Moms have reported problems.

To clarify something; I'm not in the habit of shaking my shampoos; unless it is specifically stated on the label, because personally, I have 3 autoimmune diseases and use special shampoos, and if shaken, they ooze out of the bottle, very expensive to waste.

I really hate that this has become about me, instead of what I intended.

Enough said.

P.S. Do appreciate your saying you didn't intend to be mean though.
