First of all I am Not a Veterinary referral service nor have I EVER claimed to be. Think what you will, thats your choice. So are you saying that this owner made up the stack of test results that she read off to me over the phone ??? Sadly some would not recognize kindness & support if it slapped them in the face.I truly feel joy for those who have never had an experience such as this and I honestly Pray that you never do. I however have had experience such as this , not only with the veterinary field but the medical field as well. I just recently had to have surgery to repair damage that should NEVER have happened. Why ? because 15 of 18 Dr's that I have seen in the past 3 yrs would NOT Listen. That is with someone who can speak & was VERY Clear on where my pain was coming from. So for you to say that it cannot & does not happen , WOW ! Maybe the appropriate thing for you to say would be that it has never happened to you.
