Wow; that's a toughie. On the one hand; you have three months to get everyone adjusted if you got a new puppy NOW. But you would almost have to do it immediately before the new baby arrives.
Once your newborn is here; it's going to be hard to train a puppy! You simply will not have the time.
So I say now, right now, or wait until after your baby is born; everyone is on a good sleep schedule, etc.
Babies are a LOT of work and will take the majority of your time, by necessity.
