She did not ever refuse a spinal. The 1st Neuro did not suggest or recommend a spinal. After I spoke with her, I told her I thought he deff needed to have a spinal so she called the next day to ask why it was not suggested or recommended and If they thought it should be done & was told that it was not needed as they felt it was it was Vestibular Syndrome and the spinal would be useless.
